Teaching English Online: My Experience with TaoTao English!

. Tuesday, May 1, 2018 .

I've been teaching English online to Chinese students for about 6 months now, and I've finally decided to move to another company after using TaoTao English, my first online teaching job.

I really enjoyed working at Tao Tao, and I noticed that when I first signed up for the program I couldn't find any resources from other teachers that explained how to use the app or what the teaching experience was like.

For that reason, I decided to make a video talking about my experiences and the pros and cons of working with TaoTao. I'll be perfectly honest and say that I'm sad to be moving on from working with them because I love my students there but I'm ready to jump into my next position which is also a teaching job teaching English to students in China!

By the way, I know my bangs are super messed up in this video. I didn't check them before I started filming the video which is my bad LOL.

I hope this video is informative and can help you if you are someone who's looking to teach online!

Despite the issues I may have had with TaoTao,  I really recommend them as an entry-level position for getting your feet wet into the remote/online teaching world.

Enjoy!
